Cancellation, Missed & Late Arrival

• 48hrs Notice is required for cancellation of appointments

• Appointments cancelled within 48hrs of your treatment(s) will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost

• Late Arrivals: Your treatment(s) time may be shortened or cancelled if your therapist doesn’t have time to complete the full treatment(s). The treatment(s) will be charged at 100% treatment cost

• Missed appointments will be charged at the 100% treatment cost

Children & Pets

• We love your children however, for their safety and insurance purposes; we must request that you do not bring children under the age of 11 with you to the salon that are not having treatments. Children that are having treatments must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

• Well behaved pets are welcome at Luxston, please ensure they've been to the loo before entering. Beds, water and treats can be provided on request.
